Policy for customer use of photographic images:

The customers of Robert Young, Celebrity Photo Studio Inc., and Campro Photography Inc., who have paid for photographic services, can use the photographs for the purposes of:
      - internal or external publication or promotion
      - company web sites or electronic communication
      - retouching, modifying or combining with other images
all without obtaining specific permission or paying additional fees.

Photographic prints, however, must be made from our original negative or digital file, thereby maintaining the highest quality for our customers.

Robert Young retains all copyright, and reproduction by third parties other than the original customer is strictly prohibited. It is in the best interest of maintaining image quality to not make copy negatives or scans of proofs or enlargements. The original negatives or digital files are stored in our fireproof safe and reproductions from them will render the highest quality reprints. The original negatives can be purchased. The price for purchasing negatives is based on the potential revenue expected from additional sales of enlargements and the loss of access for the use in our portfolio or stock photo sales. Customers usually purchase the negatives to protect the confidentiality of the subject matter, to eliminate the use of the images for other stock purposes, or to make reproduction in some other location more convenient.
